Buying a holiday home is such an exciting time and we strive to make it as painless and as smooth as possible. If you’re wondering what the process of finally owning your very own holiday home in the heart of Northern Ireland is like, we’ve put together a little overview of the steps to buying your first home at Lifestyle Homes.

Step 1. Research the park locations.

At Lifestyle Homes we have beautiful holiday homes set across three amazing holiday parks in Northern Ireland:
Ballyhalbert, Windsor and Cloughey. Depending on how much you already know about the locations of the parks, you’ll want to do some research about the various locations. We have information on each of our different parks so you can get a feel for the different locations online, as best you can. You can also call our sales office who will be able to provide you with any information you require.

Step 2. Visit the park.

Once you’ve decided which park is right for you, you can come and visit the park for a tour. Here you can get a proper feel for the location and have a look round the facilities and the surrounding area. It’s so important to visit in person as you can only get so much information online or via brochures.

Step 3. Holiday home viewings

We’ll show you a range of holiday homes that fit your requirements and are within your chosen budget. We have both new and used holiday homes of all different sizes so we’re confident you’ll fall in love with at least one of our homes here!

Step 4. Pick your new home.

Once you’ve fallen in love and chosen your brand new holiday home, we’ll sort out all the paperwork, payments and arrange a date for you to get your keys and gain access. We aim to make the whole process as swift and as smooth as possible!

Step 5. Enjoy your new holiday spot!

Congratulations! You’ve purchased your very own holiday home. You can now make it your own home and visit whenever you like. All our holiday homes and parks are pet friendly so you can even bring your dog along for a little staycation.
