Electricity is recharged, we read the units used and charge on a quarterly basis.  We do not make profit on the resale of electricity.

We have a wide range of new and pre-owned stock on all of our parks, and with new stock arriving on a weekly basis we are sure you will find something that meets your requirements.

Whilst our holiday parks are not residential, you can use them for holidays all year round. All we need to see, when purchasing a holiday home is proof of your usual residential address.

When buying with us, the price of your holiday home includes site fees for the remainder of the season (until the 31st of December), plus fees for siting and connections and safety checks.

Plus you receive one full gas bottle, one empty gas bottle (to refill) and a set of steps.

Yes, we require a deposit to secure your holiday home and chosen pitch - the deposit price is dependant on the price of the holiday home being purchased. Full payment is then required within 7 days of purchase, unless other arrangements have been made.

Yes! For brand new holiday homes there is a minimum 12 month warranty, and for pre owned it's 3 months.

Of course! All our parks are pet friendly so feel free to bring them along. All we ask is to be respectful of other guests on park and to keep your pet on a lead when out on park and always bag and bin the poop.
