Selling Your Caravan

If you plan to sell your caravan on one of our parks please adhere to Park Rules and complete the form below or call into the office  to pick up a Private Sale Registration Agreement.

Park Rules 6.1 

'No caravan may be sold privately on the park without our permission. All sales must be conducted through and with the expressed permission of the Park Office.

For Sale signs are not permitted to be displayed on the Park.In line with BHHPA/NCC guidelines .

A commission of 15% of the sale price or £800 plus VAT, whichever is the greater, is payable by the purchaser to the Park Operator.

The agreement or deal thereof must be approved by the Park Office.

Any prospective owner must present themselves to the Park Office and seek permission to be granted right of entry and occupancy to the Park..'

Please also note that there are two factors that we must take into consideration before we allow the sale to go ahead

Age of the Caravan

Length of time left on the Licence Agreement

A private sale purchaser must pay an extra £500 on the annual site fee as customers who buy directly from the park get a loyalty discount.
