Reasons to start the new year with your own holiday home

11 January 2021

The start of a new year is always an exciting and positive time. The previous year is behind us, we can let go of any mistakes or regrets and we have the whole year ahead of us to fill with whatever we like.

Many of us set ourselves personal goals or changes we want to make which usually focus on improving specific aspects of our lives. If that sounds like you, here’s how a new holiday home can really help you make the most out of the upcoming year…

You can spend more quality time with your family

Travelling right now is a bit chaotic due to the pandemic and we’re restricted greatly with where we can travel safely, not to mention the regulations and testing that needs to be done. Having a holiday home provides you with a safe place to visit with your family for that much needed downtime.

Regardless of the pandemic, holidays are a great way of lifting the whole family out of their normal routines to enjoy some stress free fun in each other’s company. By having your very own holiday home you can do it as often and for as long as you’d like. Oh, and you can also take your dog!

You can reconnect with nature

Many people promise themselves that they’re going to spend more time in the great outdoors, reconnecting with nature and breathing in that fresh air. Our holiday homes are situated across a range of holiday parks that are a stone’s throw away from the beautiful Northern Irish countryside. Owning one of our holiday homes means you can experience the wonders of nature including stunning coastal walks, beautiful beaches and lush greenery anytime you want! Exercise doesn’t feel like exercise when it’s a brisk walk in a wonderful setting!

You can save money

Being better with money is a common new year’s resolution and okay, purchasing your own holiday home may seem like a strange way to save money but if you compare it to going on holiday abroad or even staycationing in the UK, over time, owning your own holiday home will actually save you money in the long run. We also have both used and new holiday homes in a range of specifications to suit all budgets.
