We are beyond excited to open, however please do not visit the park before Friday as we must stick strictly to council guidelines.  Please note we require every caravan household to complete a Covid-19 risk assessment before we permit entry to your holiday home.  We will contact each customer by email on Monday with a copy of this form. See you on Friday!

The email content is below, we will not be issuing paper copies of this email.  If you do not have email you can read below and let us know in writing  that you agree to the below guidelines.

Please read the below information and guidelines regarding Covid 19 and your return to the park. Reply back to this email that you agree to the points outlined and we will keep your response on file for council records. You must reply so that you can have use of your caravan from Friday 26th June.

No customer may visit the park if they have any of the following symptoms

High temperature
Shortness of breath
Loss of smell or taste

You cannot self isolate on park if you have any symptoms.

Your caravan may only be used my members of the same household.

The playground will remain closed.

Social distance to be maintained at all times.

Essential shopping items should be brought with you to reduce reliance and congestion in local shops.

When visiting the bin enclosure, only one person should be in at one time. Please use gloves or make sure you wash your hands throughly before and after lifting the bin lid.

No maintenance will be carried out in your caravan at present until restrictions are lifted. Gas deliveries will still be carried out but we cannot enter your caravan and please keep two metres from staff during the delivery.

When you return to your caravan you should flush through water systems to clear out stagnant water, especially shower heads which should be held away from the face to avoid inhaling spray.

Anyone found in breach of these regulations will be asked to leave the park immediately. Please note that these regulations will be reviewed as and when Government guidelines change.

Please also include in your email any updates to address or mobile number.

Thank you so much for your co-operation and patience during this time.
